Gears for Good charity bike rides raise awareness and funds for families living with bleeding disorders. All funds raised by riders support Hemophilia Federation of America’s Helping Hands program, which supports families with urgent funding to assist with basic living expenses such as housing, transportation, and utility bills. 

Team Resilience will take on Iowa from the Missouri River to the Mississippi River for a total of 427 miles and 14,735 Feet of Climb! With full support from Team Wimpy, you will feel fully supported during your RAGBRAI journey. All that you will need is your gear, bike and tent!

Riders fundraising goal is $200.

HFA will provide you with all of the tools you need to, hopefully, exceed this goal! We understand that it is difficult asking for donations, so we are going to be check in frequently on your progress to give you support.  We will also be available to you for any questions you may have. 
The state long ride travels through the following towns in Iowa: Council Bluffs, Atlantic, Winterset, Indianola, Centerville, Fairfield, Burlington and Keokuk.

Team Wimpy will provide the following for our riders:
•Motor Coach service from Waterloo, Iowa to the RAGBRAI start town and from the RAGBRAI
end town back to Waterloo, Iowa.
•Bike Transportation provided from Waterloo, Iowa to the RAGBRAI start town and from the RAGBRAI
end town back to Waterloo, Iowa.

Hauling of your gear from Waterloo, Iowa to the start town and then every day thereafter to each overnight
stop town during RAGBRAI and then finally back to Waterloo, Iowa.

Reserved Camping locations
Daily shower service (at Team Wimpy campsite, Team Wimpy facility) - Except for 1st RAGBRAI overnight town
Two porta potties will be available at each RAGBRAI overnight town (at Team Wimpy campsite, Team Wimpy facility)
Charging station for portable electronic devices (At Team Wimpy campsite, Team Wimpy facility)
Cold drinks provided during the Motor Coach ride to the start of RAGBRAI and on the return trip back to loading area
