Your participation on Team Resilience during this fitness challenge hosted by the Hemophilia Foundation of Northern California raises awareness, and funds for people living with a bleeding disorder, while adapting to a healthy lifestyle.

You have until April 30, 2021 to raise the minimum fundraising commitment of $30.

We hope that this platform serves as an opportunity for you to get active, grounded and
connected. Exercise is a critical piece of health and wellness, particularly in the bleeding
disorders community. We hope that this month can help establish (or re-establish)
healthy habits to keep you at your best. These habits include: getting active in a safe
and effective way, eating to nourish your body, & connecting with your community to
keep your mind and heart happy! If you lose a couple quarantine pounds, that’s an
added bonus!

A $15 registration fee is paid at the time of registration, this is non-refundable. You can
choose to either pay the full $30 registration fee or fundraise for the additional $15 (and
beyond!). Each dollar earned above $30 goes to fund this program.
Your registration includes a Team Resilience t-shirt, HFA stretchy band, access
to unique classes and sessions created for you, Strava App with trophies and more!

Team Resilience Fitness challenge does have a minimum fundraising requirement of $30.
However, we do encourage each challenger to increase their minimum to cover the cost of this program.
HFA will provide you with all of the tools you need!! We understand that it is difficult asking for donations, so we are going to be sure to check in frequently on your progress and also be available to you for any questions
you may have. 

As a Team Resilience Fitness Challenge Participant, you will receive unique emails each
day with your challenge, tip, class or fitness session! Complete challenges and earn
Strava badges and trophies on the Strava App! Show your challenge efforts on social
with #’s provided!

Participate from your location each day, connect with others on social media, Strava App
and via the workouts, classes and sessions! Indoor/outdoor/all ability friendly fitness
routines, cooking demos and recipes, videos on fitness and more!
